1, What are the benefits of a gold membership over a free membership?
Gold members can message other members plus they get the extra benefit of having access to the special offers from our EES partners. These offers may vary throughout the year and Gold members will receive regular updates on current benefits.
Free membership still offers you the great service EES provides, including being able to search and like other profiles.

2, Can I update my profile, change my image etc?
You can update/change your profile quickly and simply from your profile page. Simply make the changes you require and select update.

3, How do I report a concern to EES?
EES pride ourselves on dealing with any concerns and ensuring that EES members have the experience they deserve. We encourage any member to report their concern either using the contact us button or by emailing us at cs@exclusiveessexsingles.com

4, Where/how do I sign up for the exclusive partners benefits?
The exclusive partnership benefits are part of the Gold Membership package. Signing up is simple, just press register and then select the Gold membership level. Once your registration payment has been received your EES Gold card will be sent to you in the post to be presented at any of our partner establishments.

5, How do I delete my profile/cancel my subscription?
If you wish to cancel your subscription you can do so through your profile page settings, clicking ‘Unsubscribe’ in the link on your profile settings. Please remember in cancelling your subscription you will no longer be entitled to the wealth of benefits with our partner companies as your card is linked to your live membership. You may wish to retain your Gold card & simply deactivate your profile in settings.

6, Can I request a refund if I am not happy with the EES service or partners?
The satisfaction of our service users is imperative to the successful operations of EES. If there is any aspect of the site or services that are deemed unsatisfactory please contact us via cs@exclusiveessexsingles.com. If our services are not suitable for you the right is reserved to withdraw at any time however we are not liable for any period you have accessed the site & services prior to withdrawal. 7, How do I contact another member of EES?
If you have gold membership you can contact the person by sending them a like or direct message through their profile page.

8, I am a gold member, why can I not send gifts from the partners directly?
Everyone loves to give and receive special gifts and EES can help with this. We will take the stress out of delivering gifts and will help you find that special something for your intended, whilst also protecting privacy. EES want all of our users to be safe and in the interest of best practice we will never give out members personal details.

9, What happens to my personal data?
Personal data is only shared to EES partners that require it for partner gifting offers. You can opt out of partner gifting in your profile settings. If you opt out of gifting you will still benefit from the other great Exclusive Essex Partner offers.
